This requires a security guard standing by, but with a security barrier, you can ensure everyone stops to be checked before they enter the parking area. Once the visitor or employee has stopped to be identified, the guard can easily raise the barrier to let them through. You may wish to provide employees with placards to use in their windscreen so they can be identified rapidly and let through without delay.
